Rise Above is an outpatient treatment program for Teens suffering from a variety of issues that are preventing them from having the quality of life that they deserve. Rise Above allows for an aggressive approach to making the necessary changes while remaining in the home rather than being sent to a residential program. This allows the therapy to be conducted in a real world setting rather than trying to make the hoped for changes after returning home. Being able to stay within the family gives additional support to child and family. The client is treated in their environment so that they can learn to deal with life on life’s terms. Rise Above believes each teen is unique and a client-centered approach is a must for making long term changes in as short a period of time as possible. This urgency is recognized and contributes to the development of a client centered treatment plan.
