Outpatient Treatment For Teens & Adults

Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a setting where members can share and learn from peers. Being able to interact with other individuals who are learning how to overcome the types of issues they have been dealing with can be quite helpful. Group Therapy has many benefits for the teenager learning to cope and live a life which includes a sense of well being and optimism about their future.Being able to support others in their goals and developing healthy relationships is an important part of becoming a more complete person.

Family Therapy

Family Therapy is designed with the understanding all families are unique. We view the family as an essential piece of a patient’s ongoing treatment program and seek to involve family members in the treatment and recovery process. Our family therapy program is designed to assess your family’s needs, educate you about mental health and behavioral issues and offer ongoing family support during and after the patient’s treatment.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a private and productive way to overcome behavioral issues. Individual treatment sessions provide more one-on-one time to address the particular needs of the teenager. Individual therapy teaches the teen the tools and skills to overcome their challenges.

Leaders In Treatment

With 28 years of working with youth affected by a variety of mental health issues, she has created comprehensive programs that serve the individuals and families of those afflicted by these challenges. These programs allow the family and teen to make impactful changes that restore a healthy relationship between the teen and their family in the current setting rather than having to remove the child from the home in most situations.
